Scan
C2M scans the agreed product or portfolio scope and creates a structured evidence baseline across security, licences, dependencies, source-code quality, technical debt, and engineering activity.
C2M NOOS MCP
C2M gives boards, private-equity executives, operating partners, and engineering leaders a direct line of sight into the condition of the software estate. The C2M NOOS MCP turns authorised C2M evidence into an active conversation through a supported LLM chat interface.
C2M creates the evidence. The C2M NOOS MCP makes that evidence conversational.

A knowledge bridge for source-code evidence
The C2M NOOS MCP is a knowledge bridge for source-code evidence, much like Power BI helps organisations explore enterprise data. It makes the available C2M evidence easier to query and interpret through LLM chat; it is not a replacement for C2M scanning, engineering review, or management judgement.

The C2M NOOS MCP creates an authorised, read-only connection between the selected evidence scope and a supported LLM chat interface.
The user asks a business question in plain language. The assistant retrieves and synthesises available evidence into a focused answer, comparison, or report.
What “governed” means
Governed access is the read-only policy established by the C2M scan mode and the authorised evidence scope. It determines which products and findings a user may retrieve through the Connector.
Blind Audit MCP
In the recommended Blind Audit configuration, the MCP evidence environment contains protected structured findings. No source-code lines are available through that scope.
The C2M scan mode determines whether the MCP scope contains protected findings only or other explicitly permitted content.
The recommended MCP evidence environment contains protected structured findings; no source-code lines are available through that scope.
Users can query only the products and evidence they have been permitted to access.
The Connector retrieves available evidence. It does not modify scan data, findings, or source code.
The LLM synthesises available evidence. Diligence, engineering, investment, legal, and management decisions remain human responsibilities.
In other C2M deployment modes, source-code context may be available only when the customer has explicitly selected and enabled it. That is not the standard Blind Audit MCP experience.
Supported interfaces

Three core use cases
Where is security exposure concentrated? Which licence or third-party risks require attention? How does an acquisition target compare with the relevant portfolio context?
Which products carry the greatest structural risk? Where is engineering capacity being absorbed by technical debt, source-code quality issues, security exposure, or remediation work?
Which products are structurally ready for AI-assisted development? Which remediation steps should be completed before the investment is scaled?
The evidence conversation
“One target or an entire portfolio. Same evidence, same system, same conversation.”
